The views from the balcony were amazing, but the room had extra charges everywhere.

The breathtaking views of the bay from the balcony are something you can't ignore. it makes every morning feel like a victory. The family-friendly vibe and easy access to the promenade add a nice touch for those looking to unwind in style.
The outdated decor is hard to overlook, leaving some guests feeling like they've traveled back in time. The kitchen setup is woefully lacking essential items, which can be frustrating for anyone wanting to self-cater. be prepared for high parking fees that feel overly steep, and if you're hoping to use the pool, well, that’s out of commission too. the combination of these drawbacks dims what could have been a stellar experience.

What makes it worth it – and what doesn’t
The views from the balcony were stunning, making each moment magical. The beach is only a lovely 15-20 minute stroll away, providing a soothing coastal experience.
Limited kitchen setup hampers self-catering. Guests may find high parking fees and poor service outside of standard hours quite frustrating.

we loved staying at hotel residence le terrazze! the views from our balcony were stunning, and it was super close to the beach. it’s cozy, comfy, and even though we didn’t eat breakfast there, the place looked great and tasty. 15 min walk to downtown was easy and nice. clean rooms made the stay even better!
the pool area was a bit crowded at times, and the wifi wasn't that great in our room.

The room was spacious, clean, and really comfortable. We loved the stunning views from the balcony and the design blends perfectly with the surroundings. It's an easy stroll to the town, but the breakfast was just okay. Having a functional kitchen in the apartment was a nice touch, though it was a bit pricey with the extra charges around. The stroll along the promenade to the main part of Porto Venere was beautiful.
